The best thing about most of these ingredients is they come full with antioxidants and beneficial attributes like helping prevent colds and infection, or even combating depression or just giving you that extra perk.

Now that you have your essential ingredients… grab a small container to put your tea in (i.e. Mason jar, tea tin, or even parchment or waxed paper bags), with our tea, we used an old swing-top jar.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Instructions:

Begin by pre-heating your oven to 180, pre-heat for about 15-20 min, while gathering all of your ingredients.  Now place all your spices in a pie tin together, thoroughly mix them together. Once ready switch your oven over to grill and place the pie tin on the top shelf and roast your spices for about 3-5min.
Once Toasted & Roasted take the spices from the pie tin and place in a mortar ‘n’ pestle and lightly crush them. Place the crushed spice in a mixing bowl with the tea, mix in the sugar and vanilla extract, and then thoroughly toss the ingredients together.
Now your Chai is ready to be packaged, scoop your desired amount into your desired container.

Brewing:

In a staunch as fuck tea-pot, place 1-2 table spoons of your Chai tea into your pots infuser and add your boiled water; Steep for about 10-20 minutes. Add honey and cream if desired. In our case we added locally sourced Honey from Harden’s House of Honey http://www.houseofhoney.com.au/ and pure cream (you can use Milk or any dairy alternative as you’d like.)

In a fancy-ass teacup, place 1 teaspoon of your Chai tea into a tea ball or infuser and place in a cup of boiled water; Steep for about 10-20 minutes. Add honey and Cream (even milk or any dairy alternative) as desired.

Enjoy!
